Wholesale vs retail phones in Dubai
Wholesale at GATEZONE means cartons or mixed lots priced on a ticket for UAE and GCC traders. Retail means one or a few units collected from the Dubai office after we confirm colour, storage and stock. Prices are never listed on the site.
Dubai buyers often mix the two channels in one WhatsApp thread. That slows the desk. A GATEZONE ticket forces a channel first: wholesale or retail.
Wholesale tickets need quantity and destination. Retail tickets need a collectable configuration. Warranty and version (UAE vs international) are written on the reply, not assumed.
